PCR (PRIDE Centric Resources) Announces Withdrawal and Leadership Resignation of Officer Roles from Alignity Group

Greenwood Village, CO — May 4, 2026 — PCR (PRIDE Centric Resources) today announced its decision to withdraw from Alignity Group LLC, effective December 31, 2026, reinforcing PCR’s focus on accelerating its independent transformative growth strategy and continued investment in capabilities that support dealer and vendor success.

The decision follows a thoughtful review by PCR’s Board of Directors and leadership team regarding the organization’s long-term strategic priorities. PCR believes concentrating resources and leadership attention fully on PCR will best position the organization to continue building on the strong momentum it has established across its marketing, training, and technology platforms.

As part of this transition, Greg Ebel, and Cara Schlarb have stepped down from their Alignity Officer roles of CEO & President, and Vice President Vendor Strategy respectively to focus entirely on PCR’s future growth and strategic initiatives. PCR will honor all agreements and support Alignity Group’s programs through the remainder of 2026.

“PCR has built tremendous momentum in the past year by investing in capabilities that help our shareholders grow stronger, more competitive businesses,” said Greg Ebel, President & CEO of PRIDE Centric Resources. “Our marketing platforms, training programs, and technology investments are delivering measurable results for our dealers and vendor partners. By focusing fully on PCR, we believe we can accelerate these initiatives and continue delivering the above-market growth and value our partners expect.”

Over the past year, PCR has expanded its capabilities to better support independent dealers through demand generation, training, operational tools, and data-driven insights.

PCR emphasized that the strategic direction introduced through Alignity closely reflected many of the initiatives PCR has already been developing and implementing across its network. Moving forward independently allows PCR to continue advancing those strategies while maintaining agility and focus on the needs of its shareholders.

“Our commitment to the industry, to independent dealers, and to our valued vendor partners remains unchanged,” Ebel added. “We will continue building on the capabilities that differentiate PCR in the marketplace and ensure our shareholders and partners benefit from the innovation, collaboration, and performance that have defined our organization.”

PCR remains focused on delivering value through several core initiatives, including:

  • Industry-leading training and education programs that strengthen dealer expertise and selling capability
  • Advanced marketing platforms that drive demand and support dealer growth
  • Technology and data solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Central pay and financial platforms designed to streamline commerce between dealers and vendor partners

“Our commitment to the industry, to independent dealers, and to our valued vendor partners remains unchanged,” Ebel added. “If anything, this allows us to move faster and stay fully focused on delivering results.”

PCR leadership acknowledged the collaboration that supported the initial formation of Alignity and remains focused on strengthening partnerships across the industry and supporting Alignity through December 31, 2026.
